A housefire in north San Angelo is under investigation. It happened last night. The blaze destroyed a wood-frame home and a nearby storage room at Irving and West 24th Street, a block off North Chadbourne. Despite the efforts of firefighters in three trucks, the structures could not be saved. There were four people in the home when the fire broke out and all got out safely.
