The San Angelo City Council has named an interim city manager. Director of Finance Michael Dane will take over for Harold Dominguez, who is leaving to become city manager in Longmont, Colorado. The council took no action on a proposal to form a committee to explore the development of a new jogging trail on top of Gun Club Hill ner the KOA Campground. And the council voted to change a city ordinance to allow unlimited hand-watering of lawns, trees and home foundations during drought conditions.
