Despite big budget cuts proposed for the Department of Defense, San Angelo's Goodfellow Air Force Base is not going anywhere. That was the word from the commander of Goodfellow's 17th Training Wing, Colonel Mark Damiano, as he addressed the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon on Tuesday.
