The Children's Advocacy Center of Tom Green County presents the 11th Annual "Champagne and Diamonds" Valentine's Fundraising Dinner, tomorrow night. it gets underway at 6:30 PM at the Cactus Hotel. The CAC is celebrating 20 years of helping abused and neglected children in the Concho Valley. All proceeds will benefit the organization. For more information, call 653-HOPE.
