The public is invited to the 3rd Annual West Texas Trade Summit this week. The event is hosted by the City of San Angelo, the Chamber of Commerce, the City Development Corporation and the Ports-to-Plains Alliance. It's designed to promote trade relations and transportation networking and provide for understanding issues of economic interest between Texas and Mexico. There's a welcome event Wednesday evening at the Top of the Cactus and a conference all day Thursday at the Stephens Library.
