On Tuesday morning, a San Angelo police officer spotted a 2001 Dodge Durango that had been reported stolen two hours earlier from apartments on Benedict. After a five-minute chase, the Durango crashed into a fence on Woodruff and four people inside fled on foot. Three were captured and police identified them as Chad Alexander Ramirez, Trent Watson and a 15-year-old juvenile. The fourth suspect was not found.
