The Concho Valley C.A.R.E.S. Coalition, will host its next Lunch and Learn on Wednesday, March 7th, from noon to one at River Crest Hospital on Hunters Glen Road in San Angelo. Officer Zach Upton, from the San Angelo Police Department's Community Services Division, will join the coalition to discuss What Every Parent Needs to Know about Inhalant Abuse.
