A hearing has now been set for next week for a San Angelo businessman accused of murdering his wife in Colorado. Frederick Mueller is being held without bond in teh Gunnison County Jail in Gunnison, Colorado. He was arrested in San Angelo on a charge of killing his wife, Doctor, Leslie Mueller, while vacationing in Hinsdale County, Colorado, four years ago. Colorado officials determined Leslie Mueller died by drowning May 3, 2008, on Cottonwood Creek between Cataract Gulch and Cuba Gulch, according to a Hinsdale County Sheriff's Office news release. The hearing next week will determine whether there's sufficient evidence to proceed with a murder charge or whether the case against Mueller should be dropped.
