For the seventh year in a row, IHOP restaurants nationwide and here in San Angelo will offer guests a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes on National Pancake Day. In return, IHOP guests are invited to make a voluntary donation to Shriners Hospital for Children and other local charities. It's 15 hours of Free Flapjacks--from 7 AM to 10 PM--on Tuesday, February 28th.
