Starting today, an effort begins to help residents of the Concho Valley become better informed of Natoinal Weather Service weather warnings. Representatives of the San Angelo Amateur Radio Club, the City of San Angelo, Tom Green County and the National Weather Service will be on hand from one to four this afternoon at Home Depot. They'll be answering questions, helping to program weather radios and showing how to access critical information from Nixle.
