The National Weather Service at San Angelo is warning of hazardous driving conditions in the Concho Valley this morning because of snow and ice.
Meanwhile, a number of schools are starting late this morning. All schools are delayed two hours in the San Angelo ISD. Scheduled for a 10 AM start are the following school districts: Miles, Water Valley, Grape Creek, Irion County, Christoval, Eldorado, Junction, Menard, Wall and Paint Creek.
Tom Green County Government Offices will open at 10 AM and reporting at Goodfellow Air Force Base is delayed until 10 AM.
