A San Angelo man in jail, an Oklahoma man dead this morning after a rollover accident early yesterday. Officers say 33-year-old Bodie Sinclair of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, was a passenger in a pickup driven by 25-year-old Scotty Wortham of San Angelo when Wortham apparently lost control and the pickup rolled several times before coming to a stop upside down.. The accident happened on U-S 87 near Carlsbad, just outside of San Angelo. Neither man was wearing a seatbelt and Sinclair reportedly died at the scene. Wortham suffered a broken ankle. Troopers say Wortham was driving at a high rate of speed and had been drinking. He's now being charged with Intoxicated Manslaughter. Officers say Wortham has a criminal record: he was convicted of engaging in organized criminal activity in 2004 and later reportedly served prison time when his probation was revoked.
