A man convicted nine times in Texas for driving while intoxicated, including once in Tom Green County, was sentenced Friday to 80 years in prison. A Tarrant County jury deliberated two hours before sentencing Miguel Medrano, whose latest arrest came on Super Bowl Sunday in 2010 after he drove his Dodge Viper up onto a curb in Bedford. Medrano had six prior DWI convictions in Tarrant County, a seventh in Collin County and the eighth in Tom Green County.
