San Angelo has a new city manager. The city council unanimously voted Wednesday to select Daniel Valenzuela, the city manager of Eagle Pass. The selection followed two days of interviews and a two-hour public meet-and-greet with the five finalists. Valenzuela said he's--quote--"humbled and blessed to be given this opportunity to serve the fine citizens of the City of San Angelo.”
