As we've told you, the City of San Angelo is in the midst of an eight-week treatment of the public water supply with chlorine. In addition to noticing a different odor and taste in the water, some residents claim the chlorine is discoloring their laundry. However, assistant director of water utilities Tom Kerr says there's not enough chlorine in the water to discolor clothing.
