A San Angelo man wound up in jail on several charges after a brief struggle with police last Thursday. Detectives patroling the 41-hundred block of Crocket detained a man on a motorcycle they believed to be wanted on a felony warrant. The suspect allegedly resisted officers while placing in his mouth a bag containing a white substance that had been found on his person. The police retrieved the bag, the contest of which field-tested positive for methamphetamine. 31-year-old Antonio Robles was arresed on a variety of charges.
