There's been a change in a location for early voting in Tom Green County. There was heated debate over the issue at Tuesday morning's meeting of the County Commissioners Court. The previously-approved location was at River Place Apartments on 501 South Irene Street. Tom Green County Democratic Chairwoman Linda Shoemaker said that was out of the way and unfamiliar to many. Instead, approval was given to one of Shoemaker's other recommendations: the San Angelo senior center at 618 South Chadbourne Street.
