Portions of West Central Texas are under a hazardous weather outlook. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says isolated to scattered thunderstorms will move southeast across the Concho Valley this morning. The main threats will be small hail and dangerous cloud-to-ground lightning. The storms will end by noon.
