Edging Closer To Drought Level 3

As water issues continue to worry both city and country dwellers in the Concho Valley, the San Angelo City is on the verge of applying Drought Level Three. That's the most extreme set of water restrictions so far. It comes as the prolonged drought has caused record low water levels in all of the city's primary water sources. The Council now looking at September 19th as the first possible day on which Drought Level Three would be approved. At that level, there's no watering of grass, plants or gardens, no washing cars and trucks and a number of other restrictions.
