We wanted rain and we're getting it. So much, in fact, that the National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch all the way through tomorrow night for all of Tom Green County. After a period of soaking going into tomorrow, forecasters say low-lying road crossings, rivers and streams in addition to some urban areas are all subject to rapid rises in water. The flood watch includes a number of West Texas counties, all of which are expecting periods of heavy rain today, tonight and tomorrow.
