San Angelo police say they've found the person who struck two pedestrians in a hit and run accident earlier this month. On September 15th, a white Pontiac Grand Am reportedly hit a man and woman at Concho and Chadbourne, causing them to flip over the hood. They were both transported to Shannon. The vehicle was later found and seized and since then, investigators identified the driver as 23-year-old Malcolm J. Hunt of San Angelo, and arrested him last Thursday morning.
