The San Angelo City Council has enacted Drought Level Three and restrictions will take effect next Monday. The watering of lawns and landscapes will be prohibited, although San Angelo water customers may water their trees and foundations up to one inch per week by hand or with drip irrigation, including soaker hoses, between 6 PM and noon. Most other outside watering will be prohibited, with a few exceptions, including car washing, swimming pools and golf course greens.
