Angelo State University President Joseph Rallo will deliver the State of the University Address today . The program will also include the announcement of the recipients of the Gary and Pat Rodgers Awards for distinguished faculty, staff and administrators. It gets underway at 2 PM in the Houston Harte University Center, C.J. Davidson Conference Center on Rosemont. The meeting is open to ASU faculty and staff.
