The Commissioners' Court will today hold the second of two public hearings on the proposed tax rate for fiscal year 2013 in Tom Green County. Commissioners have voted to keep the tax rate the same: 52 and a half cents per 100 dollars valuation. The hearing is scheduled for this morning at 9 in the Edd B. Keyes building at 113 West Beauregard Street in San Angelo.
