The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible late this afternoon and tonight, mainly west of a line from Brownwood to Mason. A few of these storms could become strong to marginally severe, with locally heavy rainfall, hail, damaging winds and deadly lightning all possible.
