Mosquito spraying update

Here's the latest on the City of San Angelo's spraying of mosquitoes to help prevent the spread of the West Nile virus. The city completed spraying every street and alleyway for mosquitoes on Friday and will begin a second round of city-wide spraying tomorrow.
Weather permitting, the City’s two spray trucks will re-treat streets and alleys from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. The first round of spraying required two weeks. To date this year, the Texas Department of Health has confirmed three cases of West Nile Fever in Tom Green County and one case of West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease, which is the more serious illness.
