San Angelo police responded early Wednesday morning to a report of a car versus restaurant. Officers arrived to find a black passenger car had crashed into a pillar of the Asian Buffet on Knickerbocker Road. An investigation determined that alcohol was a factor in the accident. The driver, 34-year-old Terri Horrell of San Angelo, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
