Emergency responders had to use the jaws of life to free two San Angelo drivers involved in a lunch hour collision Tuesday. Police say the accident happened on the loop between the Sherwood Way and Arden Road exits. A brown Dodge pickup and a grey Hyundai sedan became entangled in cable barriers along the median. 33-year-old Charles Starr and 23-year-old Valeria Juarez were both transported to Shannon Medical Center. Damage to the cables was estimated at 15-hundred dollars.
