A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says that thunderstorms will be possible today and tonight across the entire area. The primary threats will be localized heavy rainfall and dangerous cloud to ground lightning. More of the same is expected tomorrow and Saturday.
