San Angelo's assistant city manager is leaving that job. Elizabeth Grindstaff has
resigned, effective October 2nd, to become the sales and marketing manager for Texas-Pacifico Transportation. Grindstaff has served as an assistant city manager since 2006, capping a 24-year career in municipal government that focused mostly on planning, economic development and downtown revitalization.
