Students at Angelo State University should soon feel safer walking across the campus. A new smart phone app is coming to ASU starting next week giving students direct contact to 911 at any point 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They'll be able to press a button and once they remove their finger from the screen, a timed alarm will sound and the police will be notified instantly.
