At Tuesday's San Angelo City Council meeting, the council voted to approve a lease of the Colisem to the San Angelo Bandits Indoor Football League team. Members also okayed the police department's purchase of 13 Chevy Tahoes. And they agreed to investigate complaints regarding billing and customer service at the city's water department. However, they denied Councilman Dwain Morrison's motion to hire an outside auditor.
