Tuesday marked the 40th anniversary of the landmark Roe v Wade decision, in which the U.S. Supreme Court established the legal right of a woman to have an abortion. In San Angelo, members of the Catholic church observed the occasion by praying and demonstrating. Bishop Michael Pfeiffer led a service at Sacred Heart Cathedral and a March for Life outside Planned Parenthood.
