As forecast, Triple-A says gas prices started to retreat last week and the downward trend is expected to continue throughout the rest of January. The national average price of regular gasoline is three-30 a gallon, one cent less than last week. The Texas statewide average of three-15 fell two cents from last week. According to Gas-buddy-dot-com, the price of regular in San Angelo ranges from three-02 to three-19 a gallon.
