The Internal Revenue Service began accepting 2012 tax returns as of Wednesday. If you need help, you can get free tax preparation assistance from the Concho Valley Community Action Council. You can find the Council in the basement of the Cactus Hotel in downtown San Angelo. Also this year, the Council will also be traveling to other Concho Valley counties to offer its services.
