The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce held its annual banquet last night and named its Citizen of the Year. That award when to State Representative Drew Darby, who was lauded for his work in promoting the city of San Angelo in the state legislature. The redevelopment award went to developers of the North Angelo housing project, the Angelo Football Clinic was awarded for its economic impact and the founders of Art in Uncommon Places were given an award for quality of life.
