The City of San Angelo's water billing office will be open on a Saturday. That's on February 9th, for customers who need to address unresolved billing questions, concerns and issues with a customer service representative. Appointments can be made by calling the Water Customer Service Division before 5 p.m. Wednesday, February 6th. The water billing office is located at 122 West 1st Street.
