A member of the San Angelo City Council is running for mayor. Paul Alexander of single member district one will be filing the paperwork today, the first day to file for the May city elections. Alexander says he has three reasons for running for mayor: one, his business background; two, his understanding of water issues; and, three, his desire to preserve San Angelo families and improve opportunities for generations to come.
