Tuesday's prescribed burn at San Angelo State Park has been postponed because of high winds and park officials will try again today to perform the burn. According to City of Sangelo and Tom Green County emergency management, conditions do not warrant instating a burn ban at this time, but it is important to stress fire safety to everyone within the community. You are urged stay aware of conditions around you, being cautious of chains dragging behind vehicles that will spark and start a fire.
