ASU meat judging team

Angelo State University's Meat Judging Team finished 2012 ranked in the top five nationally following a fifth-place finish at the International Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest in November at Tyson Foods in Nebraska. The ASU team finish in the top 10 at all seven of the contests it entered last year, including a first-place victory at the Southeastern Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest in April at Ohio State University and the University of Kentucky.
