City of San Angelo offices will be closed Monday, January 21st, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. There will be no interruption of garbage collection or normal landfill operating hours on MLK Day. Fort Concho’s Visitor Center in Barracks 1 will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday. Self-guided tours will also be available. The fort is at 630 South Oakes Street. Southside and Carl Ray Johnson recreation centers will be closed. City offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
