The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for West central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Thunderstorms are possible later today and tonight ahead of a potent upper-level storm system approaching the area. The main threat will be deadly lightning. Heavy rainfall could lead to localized flooding. More of the same is possible tomorrow.
