The San Angelo City Council meets next Tuesday and the agenda includes a discussion of the desirability for an independent audit and investigation of the Water Utilities Department, as well as the the objectives, scope and parameters of any such audit and investigation. The city council meeting gets underway at 9 AM Tuesday in the South Meeting room of the McNease Convention Center on Rio Concho Drive.
