The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Patchy dense fog is reducing visibilities to less than a half-mile at times. This is occurring mainly west of a line from Sweetwater to Ballinger to Junction. Besides the fog, surface condensation has resulted in wet roads in some areas which might reduce the ability to stop quickly. Motorists are advised to drive with caution, use low-beam headlights and all extra time to reach your destination.
