Next Tuesday is National Pancake Day and, for the eighth consecutive year, IHOP® restaurants nationwide and in the San Angelo area will offer each guest a free short stack of its famous buttermilk pancakes. That will take place between 7 and 10 AM and is an effort to raise awareness and funds for Shriners Hospitals and other local charities.
