You can expect stormy weather in west central Texas including the Concho Valley tomorrow and Wednesday. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says a potent upper level storm system will move into the area along with a chance of thunderstorms both days. The main threat will be deadly lightning. In addition, widespread heavy rainfall of one to two inches, with isolated amounts of around three inches, could cause localized flooding.
