The defense is expected to begin presenting its case today at the murder trial of a San Angelo man in Gunnison, Colorado. Frederick Mueller is accused of killing his wife in Colorado in 2008. Two witnesses testified Monday as the trial began its fourth week and, in the afternoon, prosecutors rested their case.
