Seems like we just told you about San Angelo’s Most Wanted George Dale Simmons. Police were seeking the fugitive in connection with a parole violation, three city warrants and organized criminal activity. San Angelo Police Officer Michael Webber observed Simmons walking down the street at 3am Friday. He recognized him and made the arrest.
