One of San Angelo’s Most Wanted is in custody. We told you about Earl James Gray in May. He was sought for an organized crime charge and two city warrants. San Angelo police officers picked him up during a routine investigation, on Sunday. He was in a car with four other people. Officers followed it until it stopped, Gray tried to run, but he was apprehended.
