San Angelo will get 150-thousand dollars from the National Endowment of the Arts to support more public art and innovative spaces along the Concho River Trail. Money from the Our Town Fund will pay for placement of ten to twelve stone pillars that will feature lights and stone carvings, mosaics, innovative programmed light displays on bridges and refurbishing of the fiberglass sheep.
